️ Zones of responsibility

• Implement and maintain a process of interviewing software engineers
• Create assessment metrics for interviewing
• Conduct 5-10 interviews per week
• Fill out feedback forms after each interview in the internal ATS
• Collaborate with a recruitment team on the hiring needs
• Constant improvement of interviewing process

Required skills and experience

• 5 - 10 years of hands-on coding experience
• Experience across a variety of technology stacks: Ruby, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Current or past experience interviewing software engineers
• Ability to understand job requirements and assess candidates for the required skill set
• Ability to conduct video interviews and provide detailed feedback on the candidate
• Ability to work with Calendly or other schedulers
• Fluent English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
